JOIMR brings together all the elements needed for successful medical publishing in this digital age - authors, with innovative information and concepts they need to communicate- peer reviewers, to ensure that an adequate standard of communication is maintained.

Independent authors cannot call upon assistance from the technical writers and mentors which are available at larger academic and private institutions, and often have difficulty mastering the host of chores involved in publishing their research results. How to choose the best journal? how to nominate potential peer reviewers? how to effect the rewrites?

JOIMR provides a realtime forum where active and retired academics join with eminent researchers and industry veterans to pass along their knowledge and insights. When a manuscript has achieved a sufficient standard of excellence, two qualified peer-reviewers recommend that it be promulgated.
