Being duly authorised by all co-authors, the action of submitting my/our manuscript to the Journal Of Independent Medical Research can be taken as legal assent to the following terms and conditions, which are binding upon us all:

1. I am authorized by my co-authors to use their names as co-authors, and to submit the manuscript to JOIMR.org
2. Submission of this manuscript does not infringe any existing copyright or any other third party rights;
3. We retain ownership of copyright in this manuscript, but we grant to any third party, in perpetuity, and in advance, the right to disseminate, reproduce or use the manuscript, in part or in entirety, in any format or medium provided that no substantive errors are introduced in the process, and that proper attribution of authorship and correct citation details are given.
